Our joint plan

The area I am currently exploring is the transport of dangerous goods, having obtained the certificate of a dangerous goods transport advisor.

I can now determine the conditions under which a manufactured, appropriately marked and marketed chemical product will be transported to the end customer. The incredibly difficult challenge of defining procedures for the transport of dangerous goods has become one of my favorite areas concerning chemicals.

I have been dealing with biocidal products for 7 years, perfecting my skills in the area of ​​safety data sheets, the process of getting authorizations or permits for biocides. On a daily basis, I refine, analyze and review labels - in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures, but also Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012 of 22 May 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products, as well as the acts on packaged goods and other acts related to chemicals.

My adventure with regulations began during my law studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice, thanks to which I have a strong foundation for analyzing legal regulations. Many years of experience and work on difficult cases have allowed me to call myself a professional in this field.
